Private Villa

A modern family villa at palm hills infuses a welcoming and sophisticated exterior. Our architects articulated a sense of grandeur using an array of materials such as stone, U-shaped metal cladding throughout the place, and a simple facade using: wood panels for the roof and glass panels on the exterior which look like a feather of a bird to give a unique shadow to the space. We served a focal point by creating a plunge pool and a fountain in the back and the front of the villa. We used light all-around the building to express the exquisiteness of the design.

The roof is divided into 2 pergolas: the large one has two seating areas with a fireplace and a sink to serve the whole family, the small one has curtains to provide privacy to the client members. Check our interior design for Al-Fekky Villa Here.
